Very well finished case sir! Indeed a great finish! I would like to know that inspite of a continuous wire, how did you manage to intrude the posterior segment by applying a force only on the anterior segment of wire? Also, how did you close the spaces in lower arch? Thanks in advance!

The chances are bare minimum- if at all - may be 5-10 percent

Hi, I can't get where all that tissu of gum is gone... is there any risk that gummy smile appears again after TADS procedure?

Almost no -chances of relapse - the gingiva recontoures with the bone changes - brought about by teeth movement.

The gum tissue doesn’t go anywhere. The bone recedes from the screws and the teeth move upward.

Not possible to grow face at this age with braces or other orthodontic appliances. Braces and surgical intervention is the only option. Regards GLOC RECEPTION

Sir. My orthodontics treatment was not successful and it developed a gummy smile. I also went for crown lengthening but it didn't worked out for me. Can TADs help me after the gaps are filled. Please reply me Sir.
