Sir I had a few questions regarding DCP- 1. Why is 5% dextrose used for dcp? 2. Why is cyclophosphamide given on day 2 of dcp? I couldn't find the answer of these in any of textbooks nor article..

Both these measures are done to protect the bladder from cyclophoshamide side effects.
