I hope you know that this song was written/composed by the late Jonghyun who suffered from depression for a long time.. he passed away in 2017, may he rest in peace. and the sentence "you did a good job" meant so much to him, that he mentioned it in his final letter. This song means so much to us and for Lee Hi, she sang it as a tribute to him back in 2017 at an award show too..

If i remember correctly, Lee Hi's Seoulite Album was produced by Epik High's Tablo & DJ Tukutz since YGE ex-CEO kept Lee Hi in the dungeon for 3 fxxking years & this comforting song was beautifully made by Jonghyun then he gifted it to her & she made it as her title track/single. This song is really painful to listen but at the same time it's too comforting. Even Lee Hi had a hard time singing this coz she can't contain her emotions knowing the person who made this song that can comfort everyone & who saved her from the dark (depression) times can't even save himself & suffer alone by himself til his last breath.. :'(
