Thanks for the video hillbilly! I am wanting to buy the 20 gauge conversion kit for mine. I picked mine up at a yard sale new in the box but I have never tried useing it. your videos are helping me make sense of this loader. Looks like it works pretty slick.

It really does a good job for me. I bought the 20 guage conversion myself. As soon as I get a few more 12guage loaded I'm gonna put the 20 guage on. I am looking for primed hulls and wads now. Then will look and see if I have powder to load yet. That's the only bummer I have to order powder nobody has any close. Hazmat charges hurt

I really enjoy it. If your serious about I would slowly get primers and powder when you can just to have. Those are the components that keeps getting higher and harder to acquire. The will stay good if kept like you do your guns. Not a wet or humid room. A buddy of mine started this route 4 yrs ago and now is ready to get a press. He has the pistol and rifle primers ready and enough to last him a good 4 yrs of good shooting. He has more than me and I have 5000 pistol primers and only 1000 rifle. But I can shoot for awhile

Get you some high brass hulls and load up some turkey loads
@scottmorgan10165 ай бұрын
I would but components are hard to get anymore. That's why I started with number 8 shot. It was hard for me to get these to go with some of my powders. I'm looking to get 20 guage supplies first so I can atleast load up alot of them first. The I will check on buck, slug and other 12 guage loads that I plink with

I have mec 600 jr,it's very tempermental about crimping adjustment. I like my lee better,easier and less frustrating!

Thank you for info. I just started shotshell reloading, been metalic cartridge since 1979. Shotshell sure is different with stack height and crimp and so on. The Lee so far does what my small amount I do perfectly
