I don't remember needing any patience for that. The machine was very intuitive IMO. The lack of proper primer feed and # of stations are what I found frustrating about the design.

@@GunFunZS I bought mine for quickly making plinking 130gr 300bo rounds and still to this day 1 in 20 cases hit the floor. I’m still glad I bought it but if I invest in a progressive, it’ll be a dillon

@@jeffhuntley2921 there's a rythm you have to hit. Dillons are smoother. The 750 can be set up with an automatic swaying tool. That's a dramatic improvement. Which reminds me did you look at my video on the swager mod that I have for your press?

@@jenniferpayne375 not yet. I tinkered with some stuff after that video and sort of messed it up. And I may have to replace some of the parts I screwed up. If I get a 3D printer I may just make my own and offer those on the reloader's network. I won't hide the ball though I would give dimensions for people wanting to hack it up, once I am completely happy with it.

The load Master isn't too bad. But that part was always a little bit annoying. Certainly less annoying than feeding each case by hand though. this just makes a little more idiot proof and means one less thing for me to ever have to fiddle with again. I'm a big believer in doing work now that saves you a lot of work later. A progressive press is part of that theory. improving the progressive press is just a natural conclusion. it'll eventually get a power case feeder and a power bullet feeder. those are becoming affordable things you can 3D print now.

That's all it was presented as. I came to the conclusion that a modified slider is worth while. When i make one, I'll write an article with dimensions, etc and more video. possible stl files too

Initially I just used the pin that jiggles the primer tray. Then I tapped a hole on the underside of the frame.

The feeder block is the part that is being modified. It's set up to operate with a spring clutch system as opposed to the sliding cam system. Having the actual feed tube assembly in the shop would have obscured what has changed.

@@GunFunZS okay now I get it. You replaced the stupid spring on the case feeder with a solid aluminum arm that has a small bend on it. This was confusing as there wasn't an explanation. I did the same thing with my Lee auto breech lock pro but also added another modification. As the cases sometimes fall over I put a spring loaded arm in front to prevent them from flipping out.

@@Kcrunchymunch no in the original version on the lead loadmaster there is no spring. There is a little leg the tracks a steel rod and can cam over and kick out at the end of the stroke. I replace that with a spring that never has to be adjusted and also serves as a clutch that if there's a bind nothing has to break.
