Be sure to really crank down the set screw thing that holds the shell carrier on. If you don't you will find that creeping up on the ram.

I somehow missed your comment. It went all the way through on mine. The issue is being able to hold the drill at the right angle without the body of the drill hitting either the ram from the underside, or the supports and ram from above. Did you actually try?

@@GunFunZS Mine is still mounted to the bench but I didn't think about the drill hitting the ran on the bottom side.

Thanks. Kenny from Eagle Eye Shooting made it possible by providing the press. It was almost my first thought while setting the press up, and came together in only a couple hours of tinkering. Now that I know it is viable, I could probably do the whole process in 20-40 minutes.

Remember when you sent me that Lee quick trim? It's part of this idea. I ran into some snags, but the idea is to have a router on the 3rd station to trim the brass, and possibly a quick trim adjusted to just deburr in the 4th. You could do 300 BO conversion progressively. All steps on the press. I've tinkered with the quick trim cutter assembly you gave me and if not pushed all the way to the cutters, it definitely works in that role. So the project is not done!
