Thank you! Can’t wait till a consumer priced version of the book is released

I've been going through all the podcasts Mr. Unkrich has appeared on in the last month or two, enjoying every bit of information I've been able to get my hands on. I have to say this is my favorite find yet. Amazing to finally see so much of what has been discussed. If this video doesn't sell people on getting the book to get a full look into the making and history of this film, I don't know what will. It's a beautiful thing to know that fans have been discovering and uncovering The Shining over the years leading up to this, making memories with the film. We've come this far only to find that somewhere out there _this_ has been in the making. I'm sure many of us were content with what we'd found so far. We were fine with the Kubrick Archives book by Taschen and the Vivian Kubrick documentary. We'd probably be just fine if this was it for the rest of our lives. We'd make peace with the reality that there's no one out there with the drive or the passion to take what's inside the deepest vaults of the Kubrick archives and make a proper book out of it. Turns out that someone was out there all along. Turns out we ain't seen nothing yet. That's the best thing a fan could ever hope for. Thank you so very much for capturing this.

arent we all 'obsessed with the shining' ? (and kubrick). its like being obsessed with elvis or the bealtes innit.

Bought the book, totally psyched for this. Especially for all the deleted scenes. I wish Kubrick kept the full pre edit of this movie because there are enough people out there who would sit through all three hours and fifty nine seconds of this amazing art film and even then you would still be scratching your head and asking questions about it.
