Funny thing... Leaches are still used today... But not thrown in the trash instead the blood they collect can be collected from them and then reused..... Also great animation

Yep! Theyre used to help stop blood from clotting after surgeries, usually those in reattaching limbs and such, theyre also given a waiting period before reuse to make sure they digest all the blood from the previous person, however if it can be confirmed that the patient had a disease the leech is not reused to keep diseases from spreading

Sausage party just came as pretensious because the lack of coesion on the premise of their world Gave a hipocritical feeling to the film, not saying anything about the half-assed religious message they just shoved in to people to call them smart And they treat their animators like SHIT!
