Another excellent installment. A Hillsborough tragedy was just waiting to happen when you see this.

1987 semi against Coventry now that was a precursor!!! Leppings lane end one of the worst crushes I experienced following Leeds in the 80's had to climb up on the hordings to escape the crush that day mind you we were tret like cattle on our away days, great memories MOT

Another stunning film. My first game was Bristol City v Leeds in October 77 and I've always wanted to see the goals again on film. Really hoping they might be in next installment!

As uncomfortable as the leppings lane terrace looked for fans even as far back as 1977, at least it didn't appear to be sub devided into the pens which would prove to be one of the fatal factors 12 years later. Fans looked like they had a little more space for movement. Terraces must have been tough places in those days.

This was the most embarrassing day as a Leeds fan . Yorkshire Man U fans bought ticket 's from Elland Road It was like an away end for Leeds . Leeds had half the open end and a block of seats . in the stand to the left the rest of the ground was Man u ..Leeds and Man u fans where I lived had a stand off at each end of Chester Street bus station . As soon as I got in the ground . there was a Leeds fan with a tray full of scolding hot tea and as soon as he saw a group of Man u fans who threw the hot tea all over them . There was a lot of trouble during the game quite a lot of Man u fans got beat up in the Leeds end . After the game as we went back to our coach there were Man u fans lying all over the street .One had been thrown through a fish shop window . as our coach was pulling out you could see all the Man u fans from their end running down the road towards us . Got away just in time

Hill should have been sent off in the first few minutes for that despicable stamp and back-kick. Then he took the corner that led to the first goal and was also involved in the build up to the second goal.

Great Video Series.... Have just spent the last couple of hours watching every second of these 11 episodes... I was at both of the Man City FA Cup ties and remember the horses running through the crowd outside and knocking innocent supporters over. Hillsborough was one hell of an accident waiting to happen eh? Can't wait for the remaining episodes. Watching these videos makes it so clear to me why I hate Man U as much as I do.

Fantastic series. Great use of music and the footage of the fans is a social commentary of Britain in the 70's. As a Kilmarnock fan I don't suppose you know of any footage of the 66/67 Fairs Cup semi???

2:04 Those fences put in because of Man Utd and Leeds Utd fans (coupled with criminally negligent policing), would end up killing Liverpool fans 12 years later...
