Actually he's not on spice get your facts right he has mental health issues and he was very intoxicated on alcohol as he is an alcoholic. He's my friend

OK. I only said he was on spice because that's what people in the crowd were saying. That's why spice is in quotes. I am recorded saying I don't think you'd be able to swim on spice. I hope he was OK.

As I said earlier. I put spice in quotes as it was the onlookers, who kept saying he was on spice. Personally, I didn't think he was. I suspected he might be having a manic episode, but without knowing him, I couldn't really speculate.
