몸보신💪 장짜게티(장어+짜파게티)와
제철 도라지무침 레시피👨‍🍳
*준비물 소개
- 장어구이
재료: 손질된 통장어(대형 마트 구입)
- 짜장라면
재료: 짜파게티, 양파, 청양고추
- 도라지무침
재료: 손질된 도라지, 소금, 설탕, 고춧가루, 고추장, 매실액, 식초, 다진마늘, 대파, 참기름, 깨소금
*조리 방법
1) 도라지무침 만들기
- 마트에서 구매한 손질된 도라지를 꺼내 소금물에 약 15분 정도 절여둔다(쓴맛을 줄이는 방법!)
- 양념장 만들기
/ 양념장 계량 (1S = 1스푼)
- 소금1, 설탕2, 고춧가루2, 고추장2, 매실액4, 식초5, 다진마늘 1.5, 참기름1, 통깨1
- 소금물에 담겨 있던 도라지를 꺼내 흐르는 물에 가볍게 씻어준다.
- 도라지의 물기를 제거해 주고, 보울에 담아 양념장과 함께 무쳐낸다.
- 무쳐진 양념 도라지에 썰어둔 대파와 통깨를 뿌려 마무리!
2) 통장어 굽기
- 손질 되어 있는 장어를 팬에 통째로 구워준다.
- 앞뒤로 노릇노릇 구워 먹기 좋은 크기로 잘라둔다.
3) 짜장라면 끓이기 (조리비책 시즌1 EP.01 참고)
- 양파를 썰어 기름에 양념소스와 함께 미리 볶아낸다.
- 청양고추를 잘게 썰어 양념에 추가로 넣어 볶아주며 매콤함을 더해준다.
- 따로 익힌 면을 물기를 뺴고 볶아진 양념 소스에 넣어준다.
- 양념이 잘 배게 강한 불에 볶아낸 후 접시에 담아내면 완성!

Jjangjjaghetti... ¿¡A qué sabe!? (Anguila + Chapaghetti), receta de pepino campanilla 👨🍳 * Ingredientes: - Anguila. - Jajang Ramen (ingredientes: Chapaghetti, Cebolla, Pimiento Cheongyang) - Pepino (campanilla) en escabeche: (ingredientes: pepino campanilla, sal, azúcar, pimiento rojo en polvo, pasta de pimiento rojo, jugo de ciruela, vinagre, ajo picado, cebolla verde, aceite de sésamo, sal de sésamo. *Cocción: 1) Hacer encurtidos de pepino campanilla - Saque el pepino campanilla cortado y déjelo marinar en agua con sal durante unos 15 minutos - Hacer salsa de condimentos: medida de salsa de condimentos (1CS = 1 cuchara sopera), sal 1, azúcar 2, pimiento rojo en polvo 2, pasta de pimiento rojo 2, jugo de ciruela 4, vinagre 5, ajo picado 1.5 (opcional por si no le gusta el ajo ), aceite de sésamo 1, semillas de sésamo 1. - Saque el pepino campanilla de la salmuera y lávelo ligeramente con agua corriente. - Retirar el agua del pepino campanilla, colocarlo en un bol y mezclarla con la salsa de condimentos. - ¡Espolvoree cebolla verde picada y semillas de sésamo sobre la campanilla sazonada para terminar! 2) Asar anguila entera - Asar la anguila cortada en una sartén con poco aceite, asar por ambos lados y cortar en trozos pequeños. 3) Hervir Jajang Ramen (consulte el libro de recetas de la temporada 1 EP.01 (Link: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/i8dnh8-Vst2uZGQ.html ) - Picar la cebolla y freírla en aceite con la salsa de condimentos de antemano.
