In this video, I'm sharing how I train HAMSTRINGS (mostly) on leg days. I train legs typically for maintenance 3 times a week.

HAMSTRING WORKOUT
Superset 1:
6 reps x 3 sets
Straight leg deadlift 60kg
Side lunges no weight, 10kg
Superset 2:
6 reps x 3 sets
Reverse Barbell lunges (each leg) 50kg
Sumo dumbell squats 42.5kg
Superset 3:
6 reps x 3 sets
Hamstring curls 17.5kg (+starting weight unknown)
Single leg deadlift (each leg) 17.5kg
Superset 4:
6 reps x 3 sets*
Hip thrusts 120kg
Low squat pulses (20 reps)*
Superset 5:
8-10 reps x 3 sets*
Lateral leg press (8 reps) 80kg
Calf press (10 reps) 45 kg
