Oats are not raw. They are steamed during production. This is why you don't see 100% Raw Foodist eat them.

😢😢😢😢 I love oats! Maybe I’ll go back to buckwheat groats. Any recommendations for quick and filling breakfast ideas?
@nonur715 күн бұрын
@@akucbol Just make sure the groats packet says raw! Or test them by trying to sprout them and you'll see if they are raw. You can soak buckwheat groats overnight to soften them so they wont be crunchy. Drain the water and rinse them off. You can even sprout them to make them even more digestable. There are various ways to make a raw cereal... soaked/sprouted buckwheat, blend it a bit to get that porridge texture and add nuts n seeds of your liking, and any other raw add in you love. There is also chia pudding adding things you like in that too. If you have a dehydrator you can make raw granola using these same items. But I am more of a fruit or smoothie person for breakfast to break my fast. I occasionally do raw cereal. ❣

@@jackfruitfarmerewwww 😅 that doesn’t sound right. Maybe one day I’ll give them a try. I’ve seen someone have banana wrapped in lettuce before. Thanks for the suggestion ❤

@@akucbol dates,dried fruits can not rehydrate by water h20 only by lettuce h3O2 because human elimination has about 75 percent water.Banana is 73 why banana needs lettuce. You're welcome Akuc! Ooh there are so many choices for herbal teas but my favourites are Chamomile, and Blue Vervain for relaxation, dandelion for detox and elderberry tea for vitamin C and staying healthy. Kava Kava is great for wellbeing 😊 I've been coffee free for about 8 years now :) and I am more myself without the caffeine. Hope you enjoy exploring all of the many herbal options!

omg look at you! 8 years that's amazing! You're my role model now! I'll be thinking about you if I ever waver! Congratulations!!! Awesome i'll have a look at blue vervain and kava kava. I've had Chamomile for years but I don't feel like it has any effect on me!

Well done for quitting coffee and listening to your high self! You will notice the difference. Coffee reduces the oxygen to your brain by 90%. Herbal teas are much better for you. Withdrawal symptoms will soon fade away x

Fun fact the British accent is really just accent from African and Caribbean countries when we melanated people were slaves sent over there to UK. Europeans in UK sound different from ones in their native European countries The European slave owners forced English and other European languages on us but couldn’t take our African & Caribbean accent away in slavery in UK and the Europeans in UK ended up using African and Caribbean peoples accent copying us and wanna label it British accent to take credit away from Africans and Caribbeans just like how Europeans steal melanated peoples fashion calling our melanated clothes Louis Vuitton and balenciaga lol
