This is Power Legs 1, a free strength building class from Ashley Galvin and Dylan Werner's Power10 series.
-
Ashley and Dylan came together to create Power10, a series of ten intense and dynamic 10-minute workouts that use yoga movements to build strength, stamina and cardio conditioning!
The goal is to do as much work in 10 minutes as you would in a full 60- to 90-minute yoga class. Each of the videos targets a specific part of the body, focusing on and engaging the large muscle groups while also working the smaller, underutilized muscles that are often our weakest link. The short, intense format will get you results not found in traditional yoga classes, but by using traditional yoga moves.
These power classes are perfect to add to the end of a workout, or on days when you don't have enough time for a full-length workout, but still want a challenge and to sweat!

Tap in the corner settings , keep the playback speed at .50× you will get your speed

Great video and workout but could you do it with modifications to make it more accessible please. :) I think I could do most moves but I know I won't be able to do that move at 4.58, you know sit down on the floor with my other leg pointing straight in front of me (and also doing it in reverse from the floor up again) but could if I built up to it (alot! lol ).

You can use yoga blocks so your hands have something to rest on. Then lower the blocks and eventually take them away

I’ve been to India and all the true yogis suggest that these kind of asana exercises are essential for having strength to perform demanding vinyasa practises such as Ashtanga
