Dark Josie is just shy of being as awesome as Dark Willow. She's got the dark hair and the veins and some snappy comebacks. Dark Willow however was flat out insane and a brutal murderer. It would be kinda fun to see if they could make Josie go that dark.

I think Josie got it wrong. Hope doesn't want to hurt them but she's afraid that without her humanity she might kill all of them. Why else would she warn them to stay away instead of threatening so much? (Other than stretching out the story which is fine by me. More organic.) She's almost begging them to stay safely away.

Hope is an Original Tribrid since she's the first of her kind just like how Klaus is thw Original hybrid and the rest of the Mikaelsons are the Original Vampires since they are the first of their kind

Dark Josie is right, Hope is afraid to feel the pain again but her defence mechanism will fail, the humanity always gets back one way or another. She can't run from her feelings forever. Hope is trying to find ways to make them leave her alone without killing them so she doesn't have to face that much guilt when her humanity inevitably returns. The fact that she was so aggressive with Alaric makes me think she had resentment towards him, probably because the "Klaus Mikaelson The Great Evil" book or using her father to guilt tripping her and controlling her.

I know hope is more powerful than dark Josie and all but when hope tried to use magic and she absorbed it proved that dark josie is the only one that can put up a fight to hope and that’s why hope was scared because dark Josie also holds power over her emotionally and can turn her humanity back on , Josie knows hope loves her and doesn’t want to kill her. If Hayley’s or Klaus’s letter isn’t the key to turning her humanity back on then it has to be Josie. If it’s Landon coming back from that purgatory place it would ruin it.

Hope truly is an Original vampire, or an Original Tribrid. That she's faster, stronger, can't be killed easily, and can compel other nonoriginal vampires. With knowing magic spells that she has learned from her aunt Freya, making hope like her aunt, grandmother (Esther), and great aunt (Dahlia) one of the powerfullest witches. Lastly her werewolf that she can kill any vampire with just one bite.

Hope is an Original Tribrid. I don't need more explanation. She's a species different than her father, uncles, and aunt. Only an Original can compell a vampire which hope does when she compells the triad lad pretending to be a bartender. Also only an Original like Klaus and Hope can sire werewolf-vampire hybrids. No more bullshit excuses that she is not an Original because she is an Original of her own species. You like it or not she's an Original period. I really don't understand why they don't have more guest appearances of the Mikaelson's family. Just because Klaus and Elijah are gone. doesn't mean the rest of them would just abandon Hope. Personally think the writer's are dropping the ball by not bringing in family every so often.

I feel to be a little odd to say this, which is actually an obvious thing, but I came to notice that some people have not payed attention correctly to this details that correlate to Dark Josie's power. - She was not just like any regular witch using Dark Magic (like Eva Sinclair) or Expression (like Bonnie Bennett). - The source of her power, which came to make her existence to come in the story was not from a regular or common-just-done dark magic spell or just an absorption of a single and simple magic spell. It came from the momento Josie absorbed the power of a demon sword / filled with a MILLENIA Dark magic power, which was used to kill DEMONS. - Might that be said, it was one of the very few instances where a siphoner / heretic was seen hurt by being in contact / siphoning it (the other time I can remember was when Lizzie was absorbing Ken's power, the top tier god)... So you can only compare that to how powerful that black magic should have been. - Besides, Josie hurt by not just absorbing, but also by simply touching that sword or Lizzie hurt by absorbing Ken's powers, while not even when they touched / absorbed Hope's powers they felt a thing (Dark Josie abrorbed Hope's full tribrid mode offensive magic like a bliss of fresh air)... - You guys should also remember that not even when they absorbed / siphoned out Inadu's (The Hollow) power from Hope they felt a thing... A source of black magic that was killing Hope and hurting Klaus themselves. - Not to mention that their siphoning power which on TVD lore was once considered "an abomination", as to why the very name of the heretics, was finally fully clarified on Legacies as the clear indication of nature's loopholes to balance itself, in this case, to balance the source of existence of magic itself, which came from god magic. - So as stated, Hope would not be able to defeat Ken alone, show would endure and sttrugle for a while, but end up dead, as It was virtually seen getting to happen. Lizzie was necessary to face off against him due to that mere existence of her powers, which Ken was visually and clearly hurt by once she could handle it. Hope's existence was to (we like It or not) end the powerful trinity spell (magic), which was completed by the beggining of Season 4. Her mission of existence was complete. Her loophole existence by nature és fullfiled within her task. Get the point? :) - If you see how TVDU lore works, even more with the siphoners all virtually dead on TVD after Kai's transition, it was only natural that nature used Jo's pregnance as a loophole to make more siphoners to eventually fullfil the task in relation to the Very source of magic (God Magic). I only clearly feel Julie and co. didn't have the full time to explain ALL of that visually as It was clearly intended by S4. As the only thing apart from that while fire thing to virtually be able to hurt (with consequences) Ken and Jen apart from God Magic itself... - So it basically puts Josie and Lizzie (as Kai, If he was alive, as Vallerie Tulle, the other siphoner / heretic alive) in the position to end and ballance God Magic, a thing nature at one point might have seen as unballanced. - The source of EVERYTHING ON TVDU came from Magic, which came from god magic, which is hurt / absorbed by siphoners. Get the point? - And with ALL that said, it's only reasonable as to why Dark Josie is / was / could be a real threat, or an eventual humanity off heretic Lizzie... Or even worse, an eventual Heretic Dark Josie with her humanity off. As of Inadu and Dahlia who manipulated reality with their use of Dark Magic could surpass death (both) and afterlife itself (Inadu), so could them (Josie and Lizzie - even more Dark Josie) with that rare and unique kind of Power (the ability to siphon godly powers). Easy, simple.

I ship them good and bad sides of them. Hope basically kills Alaric and does kill Lizzie. But the one person that is a threat and proved it, is the only person she cannot kill and only stall.

I think everyone who loves Klaroline knows that Caroline said exactly the same sentence in The Originals 5x01 as Josie in this scene (‘Why don’t you pick someone your size’). I honestly think the Legacies is trying to make some of Lizzie and Josie’s relationships do the same like Klaroline, but my opinion is that there is no couple who will ever have what Klaus and Caroline had.

If ever there was a time for Elijah or Caroline to make an appearance now would be the time.

They need to stop showing them as separate characters and unify them in a complete Josie that can be both strong and good. I think that's why the color palette is changing on josie's outfit. I hope any fan on here can help out.. I have been racking my brain about who could possibly be the one to get Hope to turn her emotions back on.. if Freya and Rebecca cldn't do it who can.. It won't be klaus cause the actor said publicly he won't be coming back to the tvd universe. My money is on her mom maybe the writers will figure out a way for the super squad to bring her back like with Joe. According to the tvd universe only strong emotional shock or tramua can get a vampire to flip the switch again or maybe someone they have a emtional connection to forces them to face their guilt, grief or whatever they are running away from. Rafael is a strong candidate too he was Landon's best friend and the only other person who loved him as much as Hope. He definately could get her to her finally feel and accept everything. He also loved her and she cared for him too. At this point the squad need to stop fighting her she's too powerful. They need to figure out who dead or alive can get her back before she does something that will truly destroy her when she gets her emotions back. We don't need another Elijah situation..
