Due to many request for Zelda I decided to create a scene from the original game. In this pic you see Link fighting Ganon. I took a couple liberties in this pic. I'm not 100% sure it's possible to have two fireballs in the scene when Ganon reappears, and I left the bottom door open to lighten the room up a little.
This video took approximately 24 hours over the course of 8 days to make.

This art style reminds me of a lot of older PC games. It's a style I really miss in modern games, and it's good to see it here.

Breathtaking! And the music you chose is exquisitely intertwined, you really get excited as the music picks up while watching you perform. If Pythetron is any percentage as beautiful and meticulously crafted as this, count me as a backer. I think your project will be my first endeavor into kickstarter. I'm not a fan of the face, and the upper hand has an extreme drop-off and is not rounded out, but overall! Awe-inspiring job. Imagine if TJ was given a position and he updated the graphics of all the old NES and SNES games? I suggest that Nintendo hire him.

My mind was blown by your use of textures! Absolutely blown! Like how you used rhinos, elephants, hippos and pigs to give gannon his texture. I want to learn how to do that, do you know of any tutorials that could go into detail of how to accomplish that? It looks kind of complicated.

Again a GREAT work :) PS: Please put the before-after-picture (which you put at the start of the video) next time at the end. In this video they spoiled a bit the change, so it takes the wow-effect :)

Honestly, I think Nintendo should make a 2d Zelda game like this. I can't imagine it being easy meticulously crafting each sprite, animation and texture like this, but then again I can't imagine Breath of the Wild being easy to make either.

i dont really have the resources to record realtime because it would take a lot of space and processing to record so many hours at 1600p. but i hope one day it becomes a possibility.

Thanks man, appreciate the heads up! Also meant to say, I was really impressed with how you designed the demon, especially the color correction and shading you did on all the various elements to make them fit together. Those are my weakest areas; if you have any tutorials you'd recommend I'm always all ears. For now I'll keep at it and honing those compositing skills :)
