Ofcourse you would say that unless it's tge other way around. If magic would have played two white guys in that same situations and the two white guys won you would be saying the two white guys won. I can read the undertones. I see the same crap with jokic and doncic. If Haliburton had been playing in the pros since he was 13 as doncic has he would be doing what doncic is doing. Doncic is not a natural talent just has experience. Jokic took several years to get to where he is. I see the typical crap.

Said Bird only jumped ONE INCH, and just like Shaw, did not respect Bird being a white dude BUT changed his tune once he got there. Brown said at that injury-plagued Bird did MORE trash talking and backed it up. And what people forget what that Bird was out-thinking everyone. Brown said he couldnt get why younger dudes couldnt out play this old, crippled guy but Bird outsmarted them.

Some context. Brian Shaw didn't start with the Celts until 88-89 season. Bird was totally done at that point and wasn't even half the player he was in prime years. Bird's back was absolutely shot from an injury a few years back building a driveway at his mom's house and Bird also had terrible bone spurs in both feet. Dude couldn't sit or run. Could only lay on the floor because of the constant pain. In early 80s, Bird won league MVP 3 seasons in a row and led the Celts to 3 NBA world championship titles beating some super stacked talented teams along the way.
