I'd like to congratulate our community for supporting Pakistani Metal. It's really catching on. The real work here is being done by ‪@AndreAntunesofficial‬ ofc and the legendary voice of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan who should seriously be more recognized in the west. My own community helped guide me on my quest to learn more about this legend! Through all of our work, these men are getting the respect they most righteously deserve!!!

Nusrat was just on another lever, truly unmatched, he is known as the King of Kings for Qawali music...Jeff Buckley even sung his songs in Urdu he was one of his biggest fan and Peter Gabriel called Nusrat along with Otis Redding to have most soulful voices. If only you could understood the poetry/lyrics with his vocals that is what got Billions in South Asia hooked and still does 25 years after his death.

This is how you REACT! /lol! Awesome though...and the main music is from the Pakistani Qawwali singer Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan whom Jeff Buckley considered his Elvis, he knew everything about Nusrat he claimed and certainly loved his music and you can tell some of his singing style being inspired by NFAK too. Anyway, it's a GREAT mash-up by Andre Antunes, the guitarist/bassist extraordinaire. Qawwali singers are often singing about the connection between humanity and God and love and pure passions connected to the celestial. Their songs come from like 500-700 year old traditions and the fact that metal/rock goes so well with it is nothing short of amazing.
