This season is when they really embraced their insanity and ran with it. It made the show sooo much better and I love it.

I honestly enjoy legends the most despite the overly comedic tone , as compared to the other shows it has remained the most consistent in terms of story and character development as we got see new sides of mick and got to explore more of Damien dark and his dynamic with his daughter Nora , as in their perspective shows they were treated as one dimensional villains

In an earlier video, you wondered why Legends of Tomorrow seasons were so short. I'm not sure why season 2 was short, but if you remember, season 1 was a mid-season show, airing in January after the winter hiatus, so that season only got 16 episodes, but it didn't take a break in March like the other shows did, so it went for 16 straight weeks to end just before the rest of the Arrowverse seasons. Interestingly, for the first half of year 5 of the Arrowverse, the schedule was Supergirl Monday, Flash Tuesday, Arrow Wednesday, Legends Thursday. Then for some reason, Legends was placed in the Tuesday slot after Flash. For year 6, CW was anticipating a new mid-season show, Black Lightning. They were having trouble fitting all of the DC shows into the schedule though because other shows like Riverdale, Vampire Diaries, Originals, and Legacies (not really sure when Legacies started) all were also being aired around this time. Until the mid-season finale, the schedule aired the same way, Supergirl, Flash, Legends, Arrow. But then Supergirl took a break. Legends was moved to Supergirl's spot, and Black Lightning took the Tuesday slot after Flash. Supergirl's 3rd season didn't continue until after Legends season ended. And then Batwoman came along a couple years later, along with a season that got put on hold because of covid. So I hope what I said makes sense.

This is part of the reason why I felt like people were unfairly upset with Shan not remembering the sister.

Well, if there's one thing this show improved on from Arrow S4, it is the character development of Damien Darhk. Still not one of the best villains of the Arrowverse in my opinion, but Damien did became a much character here than on Arrow

I think because of the writing the characters here did better then the other shows; like even with Wally and Malcom Merlin. I liked their charecters on Legends than their shows.

Arrow was too obsessed with creating "drama" among their heroes and forcing them to act contrary to their established characters to put any effort into the villain. Legends, on the other hand, had relaxed by this point and just let the character do whatever craziness made sense. Nothing too wacky. This gave room to unleash the potential of characters like Darhk.
