Lego DC Super-Villains is an upcoming Lego-themed action-adventure video game developed by Traveller's Tales, which serves as a spin-off to the Lego Batman trilogy and the fourth instalment in the Lego DC franchise. Unlike the Lego Batman trilogy, this is the first Lego video game to focus entirely on villains of the DC Universe, similar to the villain levels featured in Lego Batman: The Videogame. The game will be released by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment in October 2018.

Actually I think you'd find The Scarecrow's hat will be found in the hair pieces part of the custom character creater since the Hat and the Hair come together. 😞

Btw if you want to have abilities like the Lazer or bolts to come from the ring change the weapon to something other than the ring make the abilities come from that weapon then change then weapon back to the ring and boom it comes out of the ring
