Even more hilarious is that when the Silurians first appeared in 1970, they tried to release a highly contagious virus to human kind, but the Doctor convinced them to wait for humans to be ready for them and they went into hibernation for 50 years. 50 years later was... 2020. But well, of course in the DW universe the Brigadier was miles ahead of everybody and he bombarded the underground city.

Nemesis statue from Silver Nemesis, Van Gogh’s tardis painting from Pandorica opens, Gallifrey Falls No More painting from 50th anniversary Day of the Doctor are all in the Black Archive as well

Beeb, you get to work negotiating with the developers to make a full LEGO Who game! 50+ years of TV material is certainly more than enough to make a LEGO Who game. Like, say, cherry pick the opening/closing stories of each Doctor, along with some of their most famous stories in-between.

Cuz he’s not travelling through a time vortex, he’s travelling through a dimensional wormhole, which is also why the Tardis doesn’t die when he lands in other dimensions

Great video. Lego Dimensions has really shown why we need a Lego Dr Who game. The Dr Who levels are some of the best levels in the game.

Also the Crack in Time appears behind a cracked wall in the graveyard of the main story level A Dalektable Adventure and 11th Doctor’s tardis interior, 10th Doctor’s hand in a jar in his tardis interior, a well as “Bad Wolf” appears spray painted on a wall in the cyberbase in the main story level

i like the gap between the universes the most from the 5th season you can sometimes find it next to the TARDIS spot on the wall or when you jump in the TARDIS with 11th doctor you can find it in the window

I kinda wish the game did an update where you could also play as Doctors beyond Twelve. I get that that is quite hard work, but it would be nice if Jodie, for example, could join her fellow incarnations in this crazy Lego world.

It's thanks to this game, the Doctor is crossing his own time streams. The 3rd Doctor in the Black Archive, and the 11th Doctor in the Silurian Ark.

So the Cyberman unlocks yet another level? I thought it's just a fun pack, so you got only a minifigure and a vehicle/gadget with it. How's the Cyberman level?

@@Croftice1 Doctor OR Cyberman unlock the Doctor Who Adventure World. Doctor comes with TARDIS and K9 plus the Level; Cyberman comes with Dalek. K9 and Dalek are Vehicles / Gadgets rather than characters.

Well, it's a game and they had to get inside somehow. I think, they had to break this rule for once. We can always think that Kate's memory was wiped out so many times, that she sometimes forgets to turn the security on. Lol

I just saw one I'm not sure if it was mentioned already. In the 11th Doctor's TARDIS the crack from Series 5 is in the TARDIS window to the right of the door. I don't know how I missed it I guess I was too busy beating the wardrobe for studs with a mop! This game is great but I haven't made it passed the third level I keep going to the Doctor's Adventure World to master my flying of the TARDIS. Finally realized the sticks are everything now I can actually use it to whip around the aerial racing games. LOVE IT! Awesome video I did not know about most of these gave me lots to search for!

The fact that Doctor Who was going to be a part of LEGO Dimensions is what really sealed the deal for me to buy the game, well I say buy, I mean beg my parents to get it for me for my birthday…and they did!

Imagine a lego doctor who game, where you buy it season by season, so the base game comes with the original seasons 1-3 of classic who, and you can play each level, and as dlc there is season passes to play the rest of the doctor who seasons. I would pay so much for a game like this.

When playing as the doctor in his second incarnation when you jump the second doctor jumps is a reference to the episode the invasion where the cybermen shoot at the doctor in the alleyway

you actually have to enter the TARDIS on any day of the month with the number 4 in it while being the 4th doctor to access that TARDIS

There are three ways of building the Dalek using the same parts. So it's pretty good for the purpose in the game. The other Daleks in the Doctor Who LEGO set are probably better.

Best console rooms are 8ths and 12ths, no contest. But 11’s first is also pretty magical feeling especially the controls And 5,6,7 hold a very special place in my heart

Actually, most of those franchizes (Lego Movie, Scooby-Doo, Lego Batman, also DC Comics in most cases) are pretty much children (or at least family) shows (or kind of world wide popular), so most kids getting the game will know about most of it's content. Who wouldn't know almost everything about Lord of the Rings, which was made even more popular by Peter Jackson's movie trilogy? Who wouldn't know about Lego Ninjago, that is amongst most present popular Lego things?
