So many great sets this year, I have only been collecting Star Wars Sets for a while but this and the disney castle and others are so great I may have to pick them up too!

Love love love this set. Love how they made the build so varied all the way through. I admire it every day. Just so you know: real-life owls can actually rotate their heads almost 360 degrees (something like 270 degrees I believe). I would place the Icons set in the corner, or to the left of the Hogwarts Castle. Orthanc maybe on the far left and then the Castle Fortificado. Orrrr the HP sets on the left and the others on the right. Either way, I think the Icons set looks better on a corner. :)

That is probably one of the best sets I have seen. Much better than the other Hedwig set which I thought was great until they came out with this one. FYI You should be able to use tape to create your name on the letter without destroying the piece.

That's cool they used brick # 28192 for stick handle. The roof bricks have tactile pleasing texture.

Well if you do not want to write your name on the letter you could print out a label and paste it with a light adhesive!

The wife cracked this guy open yesterday (she decided she didn't want to wait till Christmas) - and it's taking a lot of self-control for me not to take over the build :) Beautiful display and a nice breakdown.

Perfect set my .ss LEGO made a mistake on the Hogwarts motto, so they reissued the box, the manual and the main tile of the letter. You got the TitilandOs version and it is not accurate.

Nice set, still annoyed that LEGO uses tan and light bluish grey at the book details instead of silver and gold. Such a no-go for the price. Changed it on my own, looks ten times better now.
