I could see people moc-ing this for their own haunted house but I’m definitely buying it. Me and my gf grew up on this movie and are Halloween fans so it’s a nice sweet spot for us to want to display it. ☺️

I'm in the same camp. Never seen the movie, don't care to see the movie, but as a standalone haunted house for any city setting it's very good. If I had the budget/space this would be great to throw on the Monster Fighters/Hidden Side shelf. Great detail and I like the doll house aesthetic rather than traditional modular build. Perfect build for Halloween I feel. Great to see another reveal on the channel. Lots of awesome sets coming down the pipeline though.

Spoilers: the black cat Binx was a boy turned into a cat and his sister’s name is on a gravestone. Billy/William knew the Sanderson sisters (evil witches) and his mouth was sewn shut and his name is on that middle grave. Surprised he isn’t in this set as a fig as he’s a zombie in the movie that ends up helping the kids.

Saw the first film a couple of years ago with a large group of people. Heard about what a classic it is for the longest time. And as I expected it was okay, but there's definitely nostalgia bias for most fans. It's an impressive build, and the minifigs are solid. But like with so much Lego nowadays, it's a massive build that only adults with plenty of money, time and display space would get. Even themes that are meant to be more child oriented now have these ridiculously huge sets like Monkey Kid that no child (unless they're Richie Rich) is going to be buying.

I don’t know the movie either. I like the scale of the set, and similarity to the blacksmith - but not enough to tempt me. Will probably skip unless I see some really cool fan mics which make it more medieval/historical. Best thing about it - the new mould for Winnie Sanderson’s hair. ❤

Who wouldn't want a Bette Middler Minifigure? Lol looks like a great set - I don't know the movie either. But i do know some hardcore fans that will definitely be getting this!

This looks great but the reality is that Lego is releasing wayyy too many big sets & as such, this doesn't make it into this year's budget... It's cool but it is not as cool as sets like: Rivendell, City Markets, MK underwater palace, Indy boulder scene, etc.

I've never seen the movie but the set looks fantastic. I really like those skeletons in those cages! Hopefully the set will sell well as I'm not sure it has staying power for sales once the initial fans get it when it releases. Kind of like the BTS sets that are now collecting dust on Lego store shelves.

This movie is such a Classic, great Cottage build. Love it, , great line of minifigures looks like the characters , love the hat hair compo on the little girl blanking on the name. 😅 Was more into Halloween town growing up also Disney channel classic . But This came out before my time 1993 was when it released . But it's a classic. Remember my older siblings. Watching this all the time around Spooky Season. Halloween Time. But That price is Ouch

Nice house styling but serie or movie is totally unknown in Europe. So skip because lots of other sets coming out this year 😅 viking village, avenger tower, eldorado fortress, maybe harry potter gringot for other people 😮

I dont see the appeal of this movie have seen it twice, but the set looks great and on point but the price may be a bit much.

I agree Mike - who is this set for? Just because the submission reached 10,000 supporters (which is too low but that’s another story), does not mean that people are going to buy it. Look at what happened with the Lego Idea Foosball set! It’s a mediocre movie at best with a small fan base, and it does look like other sets. No originality. Another big fail for Lego.
