Thanks for another great video 🙂 I didn't have any flexible tubes to use for inside the trunks so I used some whipper snipper cord I had laying around 😂 It actually worked much better than I thought it would! 😁 The pieces I used for the trunk were part 92947 - 2x2 round bricks with axle hole & grille/fluted profile. Two bits of the whipper snipper cord side by side created a snug fit & provided great flexibility

Just checked the roof of the Jurrasic Perk MOC you built, and sure enough it has 4 palm trees with those classic trunk pieces! I didn't know those were rare-ish parts...

I bought 120 of those old trunk pieces for 48€ last year and 80 leaves for 24€. No need to buy ever again.

The original palm tree came out in 89 and the two piece palm in 99.
