There are some pretty good sets in the Monkie Kid line. And I love the personality of the side builds that come with some of the sets so much they’re often a bigger attraction for me than the main builds.

Barton Creek PAB wall was being restocked when I was there Monday 7/12 at 3PM… multiple sizes of yellow and dark turquoise bricks! Looks like y’all had a fun weekend!

Neat! I spent four years in San Antonio but I hadn't yet gotten back into Lego at the time like I am now. Wish I could have gone there.

When I went to Lego land in Chicago!. The Lion statue wasnot made of duplo it was made of regular bricks

Grab the key chains to get the rare minifigs and you can remove the chain part. The head will have a hole but it’s the cheapest way to get them Brett

Next to Legoland is Sea life discovery center... Kinda like a 2 for one if you book em both ahead of time... Btw way the whole time I've been here never been to the Pearl 🤔.... Time to take the girls!

Speaking On Behalf Of TPA (The Plastic Architect) TR, That Building Is A 1947 Bonbo Building. Name Famous From The French Architect Fran Bonbo. He's Far More Well Known In England Than Here, But There Are 4 Buildings Still Standing In The US. Texas, New York, New England And Boise

Please ignore the fake news above. Some one has learned how to sound like an architect. I have no idea who the designer is. Looks like an awesome example of neoclassicism in Texas. Probably turn of the century (1900) Romanesque arches and amazing brick work. Such a cool place.

Didn't know that Lego discovery center even existed. Could you tell what the kids only section entailed? Was it just large Lego sculptures or what?

Ross lived in San Antonio for a while and had no idea either! We didn't make it into the kids section but we heard that twice a year or so they do an afol night so we're hoping to go next time!

I also thought that the Discovery Center is just plain crazy with tons of kids running around...but the kids have a blast. How did you guys get in? I know that once in a blue moon the Discovery Centers have AFOL evenings but usually there is no admittance for adults who are not accompanied by kids.

I live in San Antonio, and I know that the area they were in and the Lego Store itself are open to the public. There is more beyond that small area where you can only get into with kids and tickets.
