In this video we machine a bushing to fix the radial play in the handle of the Leinen 150F as well as remove the backlash from the dynamic jaw. The bushing is turned on my new Weiler LZ280 lathe out of brass. This is literally the first part I made on this machine, with less than ideal tools - so this is another one of those get it done with what we have kind of videos. In the end it does work out and the vice is now 100% fixed and ready for the next 100 years of its life! I ended up picking up the brass at the local scrapyard as well as the cutoff tool that I used and the boring bar (which they gave me for free :D).
