▷Ingredients（φ15cm）:
■Tart
15g walnuts
30g powder sugar
pinch of salt
115g cake flour
60g unsalted butter
25g egg
■Cheesecake
200g cream cheese
45g sugar
6g corn starch
1 egg
120ml heavy cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
lemon zest
■Lemon sauce
1 egg
50g sugar
50ml lemon juice
lemon zest
40g unsalted butter
80ml heavy cream

Your tarts are not as pretty as other chefs and always difficult to make, yet, your tart is specific to the filling. I tried other tart recipe with your filling cake…it’s not the same. I always do my best when following your tart recipes 😅. It is so diificult to be handled in my country weather. But i am always satisfied with the taste. Just made this tart and now baking the cheese, i struggled but i took a bite of crumble…👍👍👍👏👏👏. I think you are genius abt tart.
