This Lemon mint (limon nana drink) recipes perfect combination of sweet and sour. Great refreshing, and perfect for cooling down during hot summer days!
Lemon mint drink is a classic favorite throughout the Middle East where refreshing beverages are an absolute necessity. It looks impressive, but is actually so easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup (120 ml)of lemon ( lime) juice
1/4 cup ( 4 tbsp) of simple sugar syrup
1 cup cold water
1 cup ice
Combine all the ingredients and blend for 1-2 minutes till well blended.

Tip 1: Preferable to use sugar syrup because it is dissolve easier than sugar. If you want to use sugar. Add 2 to 3 tbsp. First dissolve in lemon juice before add to the blender.
Tip 2: If you prefer more like smoothie consistency add 2 cups of ice and don't add water.
Tip 3: Simple sugar syrup. 1 cup of sugar + 1 cup of water. bring to boil and simmer for 10-12 mins.
