I will have to try. I never add salt to pasta. A good ricotta is key; I made a baked ziti with Galbani ricotta, delicious, can really taste the ricotta! And I like a good grated pecorino Romano and reggiano parmesano, so I will pick up both as well as a lemon. Pepper mill pepper, no salt, maybe onion, garlic.

I made this . Delicious. I wish you was on in my earlier years of cooking for my family. KZfaq wasn’t around then. Im Glad for you to have this chance to be a famous cook and with a great sense of humor. My sister would make me breakfast ( she’s Sicilian) Italian food for breakfast. A wonderful man Mr.Cerio, was my first intro to food that was not german, He rented a suite from my Dad who had a business in the same building. He was from Sicily and his proudest times were sharing his food with a 8 yr old (me) and talking about his budgie bird. He had no family in Canada that I can recall. I Remember him with fondness 57 yrs later. He got me hooked on authentic italian food ever since. You speak as he did. Are u also from Sicily?
