What temperature do you bake them on and for how long on each side. You always need to tell people what temperature to set the oven on and for how long.

Male eggplant. Innie eggplant is female. Outie eggplant is male. Female eggplant has lots of seeds. Male eggplant has less seeds.

That's not the eggplant appetizer I know. It should have tomatoes, onions, olives, capers and other ingredients. It was great spread on Italian bread.

I make eggplant all of the time. My Nonna used to marinate it and we would eat so much of it. My husband is allergic to it. So I make it for just myself. I even grow it now. I make it grilled, baked, fried, marinated, stuffed. I feel bad that my husband can’t have it but I always make sure to make something special for him.❤
