@@eileenchang9044 yes, compare to trombone and French horn, Chinese instruments r most likely to use wood and bamboo, some original material so it's very expensive cuz the workers who produce these instruments need to polish the wood for a ver long time in order to get a smooth surface

I am in love with this music. I am European and three years ago I began to listen and be fascinated by the music of Southeast Asia. I would like to be able to talk about Chinese culture but I don't have the knowledge to comment on this. But the people I know of Chinese origin seem to me to be very noble, honest, hard-working and never superficial and false. Speaking of music, I am surprised by the beautiful melodies made from the soul with musical scales very different from Western harmonies. I am a musician and I have dared to compose a song with the sounds of Chinese instruments (with great respect) and surely due to the lack of knowledge of Oriental culture I have many things to improve and so I will continue working on it. When I'm composing (from the deepest modesty) I feel like I'm moving into a happy world. I want to congratulate this beautiful interpretation that I will listen to over and over again. Congratulations!!!🙏

I think it has to do with their pentatonic scale. Most of oriental asian music do (i.e. Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean and differs slightly with Japanese, Malaysian, Indonesian and Philippines.) I absolutely adore their Chinese Hanfu of the Han dynasty and other variations of Hanfu in the following Qin, Ming, Song, Tang, or other dynasties.

This song describes the scene of rain in the south of the Yangtze River in ancient China. In China, there are many ancient poems about the south of the Yangtze River when it rains, which are very grateful, but most of the time with a little sadness. The theme of these poems is generally separation. The grammar of ancient China is different from that of modern China, which is more elegant and lyrical. Moreover, the poets at that time paid special attention to the accurate use of words or words. If anyone can speak Chinese, they will know that the "碎(broken)" in the name of this song is perfectly used. When I first listened to it, my eyes fell in tears

As you play with the rain today, are you okay? Seems as though you're broken heart, is moved by love you once knew, or had, perhaps that's why you're so sad, but regardless of the time or place you're in, know love will win again, know you must fight through the tide, for one day this will all go away, thus the rain will end and you will smile once again. ~Stand Strong and Lot's of Love ~

i liken her movements to the waters of the ocean. as the waves crashes hard, her movement follows. its strong but is never meant to drown you with it.. the rush it gave makes you want to sway along. this makes me sad but contented at the same time.
