I like Lenny because he was a gent and did not beat up people weaker than himself (unless they had blades and thought they were 'tough' because of it). You do not work in a club to beat people up. You are doing a professional security job. The only time you use force is when you need to restrain someone who is fighting or trying to attack you. Then you use restraint techniques with other doormen to eject them. There is no fighting with them. No punching someone because they said something or because they had drugs. He would never get a licence as a doorman now. You can't go around punching people ffs!
