Exact same situation of both of us. I also have macbook air m1 , wanted a windows laptop for accounts and light gaming . I also wanted to buy Asus Vivobook pro 15 OLED but due to its screen flickering issue and display bleeding issues i was bit double minded. So when i saw this laptop on flipkart sale i bought it. @@yogeshverma924 cable only costs around ₹100 so as long as adapter is lenovo's original 160W adaptor cable doesn't matter. Maybe different manufacturing plants have contracts with different cable provider, please check your laptop properly for any scratches or sign of any unauthorised access.

Hello, yes this laptop has high end CPU and GPU to support Game Development, but for college student portability and battery backup matters, I will suggest to go with MacBook Air M2 at 82k as it will be complete package, I always wished if I would have bought it in my college days.

@@anirudhkatiyar01 hi I'm software developer and work on backend, devops, data analytics and ML models too on MacBook Air M1. Regarding Game I played Asphalt 9 and it was smooth, yes it can't play games that requires high GPU power like GTA 5 and tekken 8. nd honestly as an engineering student you won't get time to play games. MacBooks are designed to work for years without much issues, they are light weight and processors are really very fast, you can go and look for more videos like "what laptops are good for engineering student" or "why MacBook is good for engineers", you have to prioritise what is more important for you at this point: reliability, lightweight and battery or Graphics and processing speed.

Hi, Yes in last 2 weeks I played GTA5 daily for 1-2 hours and the game is almost 40% complete, the graphics is so smooth at 100+fps. Never felt any lag.

I haven't done any video playback testing yet, but normal usage pe average 4 ghnte hi chlta h, (let's split: 2 hour of KZfaq video and 2 hour of coding). Aur battery optimisation ke kaafi options hai like reducing the screen refresh rate to 60hz and turning off the fans by entering in quite mode will surely increase the battery backup. But don't expect anything more that 3-4.5 hours of backup.

Hello, yes The screen wobbles a bit when typing or using trackpad. But it gets unnoticeable when you're using laptop. And yes under ceiling fan/cooler it wobbles too😅

@@Crispy-yg5lu Most of the laptops wobble because of the poor weight management on the hinges but it may only loosen up your hinges in long run, and you can get it tightened (if happens) I have been already using a Lenovo ThinkPad X240 and it's hinges are almost same as they were 8 years ago (wobble hota h hi thoda sa).

Hello, laptop developer aur gaming and even mediocre editing k liye best h, performance bht sahi h mere friend ne I7 11450H processor +GTX 2050 hai Asus ka 65k ka tha wo, uske pe GTA5 aur tekken 8 30-50fps pe chala aur fir laptop band hogya use delete karna pada, iss laptop pe average 100+ fps pe chlte dono aur beech beech me 250-300 fps tak chle jate, portability thodi problem hoskti h kyuki thoda heavy hai aur battery backup 2-4 ghnte ka h toh plugged in rkna padega.

You have to make a choice either a gaming laptop aur a laptop for engineer. Because gaming laptops consume alot battery and won't last more than 2-4 hours.
