Watching in Lenovo LOQ i5-13420H RTX 3050 6 GB 95W...this laptop is amazing....very nice display and colors are really amazing even though the color gamut is 45% NTSC. The only thing that scares me is the CPU temperature reaching 85 to 86 degrees when you set the limit to 85 degrees in Vantage software. Is 85 degrees a safe spot for gaming in a long run. I bought it in INR 70,000 8 GB DDR5 5200MHz RAM and 1 TB Gen 3 SSD variant. I think there is some problem when it comes to playing GTA V. The laptop tends to heat a little higher like it touches 86 to 87 degrees. But in CPU intensive games like Valorant, if you use custom full fan mode, the CPU doesn't even heat up 70 degrees at high settings gameplay and gives cool breeze out of exhaust vents.

Fan noise is there for both the laptops but with my experience with the loq you can put the laptop on balance mode and fan noise will not bother you but it lower the performance based on the game by about 10-12%

Please some1 clarify these doubts quickly. Have to order . 1.Any seperate heating issues with 7840/7640HS AMD LOQ? 2. i5-13500 4050/3050 or i7-13620 3050/4050. 7640 HS 4050 or 7840 3050??? How much of difference does 4050 make from 3050 if m not doing competitive gaming??? Also what should be the general combination? is 7840HS good enough with 3050 equivalent to 7640HS 4050?

@@dhruvsharma9083 nope broo its not back in the days Amd processor used to have 2 extra cores compared to Intel thats why they runs hot compared to intels processor, but now thats not the case, with every generation Amd reduced fabrication technology to 1nm and now AMD is on 4nm processors unlike the intel which just overclocks their old CPU and launch them as new generation Intel now is still on f*cking 10nm technology and to keep up with AMD they also started adding more cores which draws way more power and also gemerates way more heat(small physics), my i5 12450h always run at 90+ temperature without cooling pads even in winter too and if i reduce its power it gives me 70 to 80 fps instead of 130 on GTA 5, which clearly shows how inefficient it is at lower wattage, not used 7840hs but have tried gaming on ryzen 7 6800H which runs at 82 to 87 way less temperature that 12700H or 12500 or 12450. 13500h and 13620h is nothing but overclocked 12500h and 12650H. Intel is selling a Thrash in very high price, also their E cores are just for numbers only. Amd ryzen 7000 series is soo efficient that you even play games on battery without any lag (with 4000 series Gpu). And its simple physics that less wattage means less heat. Not its only upto you what you will gonna consider if you will go with intel you definately gonna be dissapointed by the temperature and power consumption.

Is 7640 with 4500 a good enough combo? Or 7840 with 3050 is also great? M gonna do some casual gamins and maybe online multiplaters for 2-3 days in a month. I am entering 30s 😂😂

But if you really want more better cpu then 7840hs with rtx3050 6gb is also good bcz 3050 is enough to play any AAA title games on 1080p for casual gaming. It's upto you now
