On the X1 Yoga, you have to order it with the WWAN from Lenovo. The wiring for the antenna is in the screen part and it's not easy to retrofit.

the ssd screw in my yoga gen 3 is so tight and I end up with strip it and it can no longer be removed. so bad this laptop

It does not support msata, only m.2. Regardless, it only offers 1 m.2 slot.

AFAIK the DRAM is soldered onto the motherboard and can not be upgraded or replaced.
