Uncle Clyde, I've always given you props for your masterful cooking. Do many of us a favor and show a little view of Paramin hills. A 5 second video for prosperity. I remember as a teenager that jeep was the only way to manage those hills. Let everyone see, who do not know, the beauty of that place you call home.

As I saw uncle clyde i clicked one time. Roocoo makes everything tastes better, my mum now made ochro rice with pigtails cook up and that roocoo just gives it a nice color and taste. I have never been to Paramin, country life is the best. That dish looks delicious. Keep them coming, blessings to u and urs uncle Clyde and stay safe

Only in a Trini kitchen you'll see these dishes and utensils. Using a baking pan as a bowl. Lolllzzz. I love this channel. That's why the older heads are still around and the young ones getting sick and dying. You don't see these kinds of food in Trini kitchens anymore. Definitely trying this dish.
