to make this dish we need:
3 cups of lentils
1 cup #1 fine bulghur
6 cups of boiled water
1 onion
1/2 cup chopped parsely
olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp salt

Wallahi this looks yummy. I am going to try it but I will exchange the bourghol with the quinoa as it really upsets my stomach. Tissllam ideiki :) I love the presentation. So you eat it cold right?

Thank you so much for your comment ! I use quinoa for my tabouli You can try with quinoa but it might be too soft because the bourghol is like a glue agent in the mix And you can eat it warm or cold

I did it the same measurement like you put it down and it turns nightmare and I did it before from other person measurement and it was so good I trusted you but please takeoff your measurement and your advertisement
