The first launch of 2024 from Leonardo Officina Italiana consists in this collaboration project with Tailored Pen Company and their colourful resins for the Momento Zero Grande 2.0 - the result couldn't be more unique, 300 piece for each of the three resins and whichever fountain pen you pick from the three - you can't go wrong.

Oh boy, the Universe model is gorgeous! Beats my dislike of glitter and shimmer. Too bad it's the Grande, which are too big for my liking. Anyway, thank you!

thank you for your feedback :D from the future of Leonardo - me personally - would like to see the use of different materials and also maybe we get to see a different filling system other than the piston and the cartridge converter

I preferred the Grande models when they had the milk bottle shape with the gold/silver ring at the tip of the grip section like on my Mother of Pearl. That is just so beautiful looking, in my opinion, and very elegant. Now it has nothing xD it's just flushed throughout, which is fine, too, but not as elegant. It's really nice that the steel nibs with the abs plastic feed can just untwist for easy cleaning! That's so smart of Leonardo to start doing that, but do you know why they chose to keep the gold nibs glued in? Is it to ensure that the ebonite feed stays functioning or something?

I know what you are referring to, for me personally I find this section looking maybe not as impressive as the milk bottle one but in the way it feels is better than the one of the past. The section of the gold nib is glued in because the ebonite feeder has not orientation side or anything to fit in the housing and if you would of twits the nib and feeder it would just roll freely without being possible to untwist the housing

My favorite of the three is the Planetary Nebula and then the Nana Rosa, but the Universe appears to be everyone's favorite. If they had these in the large geometric cap band, I would have been sold and bought almost all 3 xD but I don't like the 3 small bands, even though that is classic of Leonardo. I already have a momento zero with the same resin as the Nebula, however, so I have decided to skip out on this set. Looking forward to the rest of the Leonardos that will be created this year!!! :D I really think that the larger band was a thing of the past, dunno how much we will see it in what is coming from Leonardo but by no means it is a really nice sight that large band - I think I used it for the nuda collection and it looked awesome

9:38 You called the lovely Sailor KOP a MZG 2.0 ;) or at least that's how I heard it. Beautiful pens. The gold La Fenice nib appears to be set a little shallower which makes the nib look wonderfully long and slender. Much nicer than how they're set into some of the more recent special edition Audace (from Leonardo press photos).

its just a miss cut and I was talking about the mzg 2.0, I just not used the name the KoP at all. The nib sits different in models of Leonardo - sometimes sticks out more sometimes not that much :D

:D well we recently had a talk with Leonardo and we explained that we must offer more of these wonderful colors in the smaller sizes pens because of how much size impacts when it comes to a pen purchase

Thanks Emy! Well I asked my wife to put in an order with your store for my 40th birthday present. I’ll keep you updated. But she has the same surname as me and it’ll be delivered to a far-flung corner of the earth. I wanted to order it myself because I have wanted the PV experience for ages now, but it’s a birthday present. Very exciting.
