You join the boys and I for a glorious morning walk and cuddles before a full hair tutorial and then I share some of my favourite healthy sweet treat recipes that I have been absolutely LOVING recently and I hope you will too

RECIPES
Banana, Peanut Butter & Dark Chocolate Snacks:
1. Slice the banana
2. Put peanut butter on top of half of the banana slices
3. Place the remaining banana slices on top of the peanut butter to create peanut butter and banana sandwiches
4. Put them into the freezer for approximately 15 minutes to set
5. Melt some dark chocolate
6. Dip the set peanut butter & banana sandwiches into the dark chocolate
7. Sprinkle with salt
8. Pop in the fridge to set
9. Enjoy!
Chia Seed Puddings
1. Add Chia seeds to a bowl
2. Add twice the volume of oat milk
3. Add as much or as little peanut butter as you like!
4. Add a drizzle of maple syrup
5. Add a sprinkle of flax seeds
6. Pour into dessert glasses
7. Top with mixed seeds & pistachio nut kernels
8. Pop into the fridge for at least a few hours so the chia seeds soak up the oat milk and the deliciousness!!
9. Enjoy!

Chocolate coating tip, instead of spoons use 2 forks, that way the chocolate can drip back into the bowl and you’re not wasting the chocolate. Although chocolate is NEVER a waste. This snack is Devine, definitely going to try. ❤

Congratulations on the Dyson deal. And yes, it is expensive but it has been a game changer for me. I was never terribly good at drying & styling my hair, nor could I get It to last. Dyson changed that. It dries so quickly and holds my style for days, allowing me to have less washing/damage. I live in Florida and the humidity wreaks havoc in n our hair. My Dyson deals with that problem too. Love it.

Leonora, I don't do coffe, it doesn't agree with me, black tea never after 3 pm otherwise I can not sleep, ibuprofen and some other things, but I like to have green tea in the morning and matcha is just great, I like it, but I always, everyday of my life I start my day with green juices and fruit, they are a must for me, so if I was going to persuade you to change coffe for something different "green vegetable juices " ...... but you are just perfect as you are!!

Hello lovely… Ancient & Brave matcha is fabulous… I have it with oat milk and Neutrient butterfat keto MCT oil powder as a creamer and a little Stevia It tastes delicious and great for you. But also just to say that good quality ground coffee is one of the top five most antioxidant things you can consume. I would not give it up unless you have heart issues or other health indication. Personal favourite is Taylor’s of Harrogate hot lava Java … definitely clears the cobwebs off 🤓

Hello Darling Girl, I have a short bob, so don’t need one, but wowzers, isn’t that Dyson airwrap amazing. Need to ask you, what Peanut Butter do you use? It’s a lot more runny in consistency than any peanut butter I’ve ever used or seen before. I note, that you said it is Palm oil free, which is wonderful. Definitely going to have to make the Chia/Flax breakfast treat and the banana snacks. I am still making your Healthy Balls from time to time, they’re sensational, and always hit the spot if I fancy a sweet treat. Think you are an Angel amongst women. Blessings always xx

Dyson are expensive but well worth the money I got the hairdryer when it first came out cant use anything else now if I had long hair would of got the hair wrap lucky lady to get one as a gift x
