I never support players who scream incessantly during a match. It takes all enjoyment out of tge game and I think it is highly disrepectful to the opponent. Trashy at best and should be banned.

Sabalenka wasn't messing around, she came, bageled and made it back to the pub in time for a beer. I also just became a fan of Tsurenko, despite the embarrassing loss, she at least acknowledged Sabalenka and even exchanged a few words at the net. Kostyuk should take notes.

At least Tsurenko raised her hand, and then again after shaking hands with the chairman Tsurenko turned again to Sabalenka to show respect. Sabalenka tried to read the situation when approaching to the net and saw Tsurenko and just returned the hi respectfully. That's way better sportmanship than Kostyuk.

sabalenka is playing very well in this tournament after her lost to rybakina in brisbane finals.her serve is on target ,the double faults is nonexistent,the ground strokes are staying inside the courts with winners,yea she's on a mission to win this.BUT beware of coco guff in the semi-finals.

Na kolacje - w znak solidarności z wielkim przyjacielem Narodu Polskiego prezydentem Zelens'kim - regularnie spożywam kurczaka po kijowsku... a w dni postne barszcz ukraiński. Na deser gryzę jabłka, które popijam cydrem. Na skrzyżowaniach i rondach nie daję samochodom z kacapską rejestracją pierwszeństwa... To za rozbiory, Katyń, za pozostawienie nam w zdewastowanym stanie w 1945 Wrocławia, Gdańska, Kołobrzegu, za zrównaną z ziemią Warszawę, za Lwów, Wilno, Grodno, za PRL-owską okupację i Smoleńsk... Od kilku lat bojkotuję ruskie filmy... Wywaliłem na śmietnik ruskich literackich trolli Tołstojewskich, Puszkinów, Bułhakowych, Buninów, Lermontowów i Czechowów, Jesieninów, Majakowskich, Błoków, Achmatowych, Cwjetajewych, Mandelsztamów, Pasternaków, Jewtuszenkow... Mykołę Gogola na razie zostawiłem. Zdałem na przemiał wszystkie vinyle z Biczewską, Wysockim i Okudżawą, Prokofjewem, Musorgskim a nawet kompakty z gejowskimi czastuszkami Czajkowskiego... W naszej zagrodzie nie ma miejsca na uprawianie rosyjskich ruletek czy inszych ruskich baletow. Gospodarstwo i cała rodzinę całkowicie zdebolszewizowałem i zdekacapowizowałem. Spaliłem pożółkłe dyplomy przodownika pracy i stare legitymacje PZPR, do ktorej dziadek i ojciec musieli wstapić pod grozba utraty zycia. Zniszczyłem wszystkie PRL-owskie świadectwa szkolne, na których figurował język rosyjski. Rozdarłem w strzepy wszystkie czerwone ubrania (łącznie z majtkami)... i stare filcowe walonki babci. Dzieki starym znajomosciom Arcybiskupa Wielgusa cichaczem przeniosłem szczątki dziadka z cmentarza zasłużonych działaczy partyjnych na cmentarz katolicki oraz wziąłem uroczysty ślub kościelny z żoną 25 lat po ślubie cywilnym. Czytając bajki dzieciom zamieniłem już Złego Wilka, Smoka i Babę Jagę - Putinem... Wywaliłem z szopy wszystkie sierpy i młotki. Zmieniam natychmiast kanał sportowy gdy widzę na ekranie nacpanych ruskich pilkarzy, naszprycowane testesteronem ruskie gimnastyczki artystyczne, tancerki na lodzie albo sterydalnie zsynchronizowane pływaczki.. Córkom, których imiona zmieniłem z Olgi i Ludmiły na Hillary i Angele zakazałem oglądania filmów o (zd)radzieckich Czterech Pancernych i sowieckim agencie wpływu poruczniku/kapitanie Hansie Klossie... Lesia, I get why you didn't shake her hand, but you and many other civilians need to understand is that civilians are not generally in control of what their governments do. Not even nations where civilians are allowed to vote. Even in those countries, there tends to only be 2 candidates, and more often than not, both candidates are bought by some special interest group... often with ties to the military machine. In other words, don't blame the common woman or man.

Sabalenka's screams continue all the way until her opponent is striking the ball. It's not only interference on her opponent but makes her matches unwatchable. She should be penalized virtually every point.

Tsurenko did much better than the score suggests. She feels great anxiety when playing Russian/Belarusian players. However, the more fierce Ukrainian players like Svitolina, Kostyuk, and Kalinina have many wins over Russian/Belarusian players since the conflict began, not to mention Yastremska's domination over Gracheva yesterday. So let's show respect and not propagandize the comment section.

I hoped, that this year WTA/ATP/ITF, would stop this nonsense of mixing sport with politics. Every player should have right to play under her/his country's flag. One cannot choose the country of one's birth. Appointing "flag police" at the AO 2023 was not even childish... it was embarrassing and insane... Wars are run by politicians not sportsmen/sportswomen. Why during the invasion of Iraq, 20 year bombing of Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen and Pakistan not to mention the genocidal Vietnam war US, Australian, UK... athletes were allowed to compete under their national flag? USA invaded Iraq in 2003 and yet their flag was still allowed at the World Cup 2006 in Germany and 2010 in South Africa despite the fact they were still in Iraq. Either ban ALL flags of countries who go to war, or don't ban any of them. Interestingly enough Israeli tennis player Mika Buchnik is allowed to play under the national flag in AO 2024 despite the policy of her government towards Palestinians in Gaza. *** All wars are equal, but some wars are more equal than others.

There should be guidelines against such long grunting. She makes that long sound after the ball is gone, so long that it is there when the ball is coming back - UNFAIR, because that is a distraction for the other player!! 😡😠🤬
