If i was head of any country I would make kyokushin compulsory for every school class 9 hourse a week.
@paulthomas281

@Muhammad Umair Raja There's a reason martial arts is not a compulsory part of physical education classes anywhere in the world (including India, China, and Japan). The reason being, martial arts is not for everybody. Combat sports are for outside school, not inside school. School boards cannot risk even the smallest number of injury cases and lawsuits. Further, physical education classes are all about team sports (except some gymnastics that's offered, but this is just for a few weeks of the term, at most).

I would love that, But martial arts isn’t for everyone. And if kids get hurt they would just start wining. And also that takes away the fun of doing it on KZfaq or in a dojo.

I lived in a village and there are no martial arts classes to be seen here I wanted to learn it so eagerly i started watching youtube videos and i tried to observe from the fight videos I didnt know anything about hardening i used to punch and kick banana treees and a sack of sand got preety strong hands after 2 years of home training I was not stable on whick martial art to learn i just used the combination i like For exam kicks from karate and punch like boxer Everything that i learned from youtube videos I went to a city for further studies there i joined a shotokan karate class i was able to do every steps preety easily and in few months i earned my 4th kyu purple belt The moral if you cant go to a dojo dont give up you can learn many things at home with help of internet and get preety good For me it worked really well i hope it works for you too

If your knee is dislocated, you cannot do any exercises without your doctor's consultation by any means. Consult a physiotherapist to know what exercises you can do with a dislocated knee. I repeat do not follow his instruction; you'll lose your leg. And anyone who is healthy with no physical injuries should go to a martial art instructor to learn this -- not on KZfaq.
@RGMARTIALARTS
@RGMARTIALARTS 4 жыл бұрын
Pavel 0 Dear Mr. Pavel, I accept my mistake here. It was very foolish of me to say. I believe I misread at the time and misread the part about the knee being dislocated. I had assumed it was a genetic knee problem which is something my father, brother and mom have alsro had. If it’s not serious, some squat variations can help to support knees. I do have a dojo as well as a license to coach professional MMA fighters and PT, KZfaq is not meant to be my main source of instruction, it is simply a place to express creativity and share ideas with people who have no access to dojo’s or training facilities. Having said that, I am in shame of what I said and you are absolutely correct: I simply did not read and replied like an idiot. Hope you can find it in you to understand. Have yourself a good day and stay safe.

Hey Nate! I used to be near 110 kg and i m short too. Struggled a lot both with losing weight and with keeping it off. What i ve found works best with most people is a slow approach. You might not like this next part, but in order to really lose weight and keep it off is to learn to cook at least 90% of your meals a week. I ve yet to meet a single person who managed to keep the weight off without learning to cook. Maybe it's possible if u re really rich tho :p

@@martial-arts-clubtai-to-ka7765 Hallo!
