Oh man. That arm position determines rest and free is such good advice! I was thinking that i don't want to flatten my hand just to do rest strokes!

I was trying that exercise this morning where you play a scale on E1 and deliberately strike additional strings, then adjust to only play 1 string - really effective exercise and brilliant idea. Can already hear improvement in tone. Gonna add this one to my routine. Ps just picked up Mujo on the App Store , excited to get going w it
