Learn about and practice Kyokushin Karate lunge techniques and exercises to improve your physical strength and conditioning. Lunge techniques are formal exercises in Kyokushin karate that will help improve your form in all techniques. You will find the following content in this video:

Thanks for your videos ! I quited kyokushin some years ago because i was unable to perform high kicks due to my powerlifting background. But my gyako tsuki was killer

sir I want to learn karate to be able to defend myself against some bodybuilder bullies in college... what strength exercises should i do ? coz bodybuilders are usually strong and scary ....☹️

Karate these days is just a sport you can't defend shit with it so it's rather you buy a gun (knife or pistol) or just fight back even if you lose because that would make them think twice before attacking you again and of course if you can call for help do it.
