I practice taijiquan and I did astronomical research for my physics PhD, and this part of the lecture lost what had been a worthwhile thread (I found the part on bioelectric signaling and muscle tension quite useful). Dark matter is what is believed to be responsible for otherwise unexplained dynamics in galaxies. The acceleration of the expansion of the universe, on the other hand, is attributed to dark energy, which is believed to have "anti-gravitational" properties. Furthermore, the vibration of atoms and cells seems to be a misinterpretation of the way that quantum mechanics is quantitatively described. There are more points which diverge from current day scientific consensus, which I won't detail right now. Dr. Yang seems to be trying to earnestly interpret many philosophical concepts and their application to martial arts through the lenses of physics and biology. I think there is, however, a gap in that interpretation when engaging the more metaphysical parts of the topic.
