Unfortunately, government has been running roughshod without the people's consent for at least since FDR'S first term, and a case could be made that leviathan crept into the Lincoln administration.

The middle part well explains the importance of why the civic process isn't readily alterable. When the overwhelming majority of people consent to what is the legitimate function of government, it prevents abuse of one simple majority adjusting the civic system to maintain power. Without clearly pinning the powers of government, the state itself is mob rule. Without such constraint, it's similar to a child who constantly changes the rules of a game so he never loses.

The federal government of the USA has five branches not the three that are claimed. Those equal and separate branches are legislative, executive, judicial, the states, and the people.

Civil education is seriously lacking in the United States Populous...Frankly it is disgraceful.. This point is why I study our Foundation History... TO TEACH MY CHILDREN OUR RICH HISTORY .. where Public school falls gravely short ....
