Oh, he's just fantastic, one of the best of the new generation, and he covers rock classics probably better than anyone. If you like the Grateful Dead, check out his work with former Dead drummer, Bill Kreutzman, and their band, Billy and the Kids.

This is not bluegrass by any stretch but it does take talent to improvise on a long number like this. Sounds like a combo of Jazz and Psychedelic rock.
