Tonight can be different as I guide you on a relaxing journey to a serene beach where you can let go of any emotional stress or physical tension so you can drift to sleep easily and peacefully. The deep recovery you experience while you sleep is healing.

This might seem weird because I could very well be older than Sara but I find men's voices just soothing. The woman's voice almost gives it a more motherly love kinda touch doesn't it. .... ....tor perhaps it's just me. But I dig it. Fall asleep all the time noproblemo.. ...🧡🙏💛

@@oneineuniceson9148 some shit hurts, some obliterates you. Like an emotional coma that hurts like a slow agonizing death and being your own superhero is really fkn hard sometimes. I'm not a godamn Build a Bear ya know......😔😑 Nonetheless, I want to live, love myself with the depth I love others, pick up the pieces and create a beautiful mosaic. I am deeply grateful for Sara and thank you my friend for your kind reassurance 💛🙏🧡 My apologies also if my words offended. 40-50 was not where I pictured this scenario. Thought I already dealt with the hardest stuff and outta nowhere......everything shattered and broke. Including me. I have no words for the terror and anguish that became my life. These are my last straws.....my only hope. Love and faith. So thank you very much and my heart to the woman and mothers of the world. Graceful Warriors we are

I would love to listen to this and go to sleep but there is no switch to turn off auto play which means I will be blast awake by whatever is coming up next.

Top right corner of your KZfaq home screen is your account icon... Hit that, go to settings, autoplay, then switch it off.

Yes, you can turn it off, on top of your screen (in your smartphone). It's been an option for many many years.

These meditations are perfect. kzfaq.infoUgkxR50id-GIBIDuBvuBGenhx1O5zKIfCVNK him has a gentle, warm, pleasant voice (with a slight Scots accent). The words are simple and clear. The timing is perfect... just as you start to find your mind wandering, he says and if you find that your mind is wandering... . There is no background music and no noise in the background, only his peaceful and engaging voice. The length of the meditations (about 1/2 hour each) works well for me. I find that I tire of some meditations after frequent repetition, but that hasn't happened with this one. The metta lovingkindness meditation always feels right. Some meditation CDs I have tried have not felt right. The voice seemed hurried, or sounded tense; the background music seemed intrusive, or there were noises that interfered with concentration. This is just perfect as an introduction for new meditators, and it's also a meditation that I return to again and again. I'd give this more than five stars if that were an option. Even my students, who are not ordinarily very receptive to meditation, relax when they hear this one!
