This unfortunately did not help me relax. I had very strange and kinda creepy lucid dreams. I woke up 2 minutes before it was over to turn it off. I was so jerky and agitated through the whole meditation. I hope everyone else had a better experience. Maybe I just have some f'd up anxiety🤷♀️. Idk. I'll try it again at a better time.

Sara thank you! I took your New Beginnings Retreat in my home in January. It moved a powerful force within myself that I had been suppressing. I am a great person, looked up to and honored by many. I have many talents and qualities and abilities, and yet for the past 30 years I have lived in procrastination, lack, not enough, even poverty. And then I have work myself to death for a very little reward. I guess I signed up for that before coming here to earth to learn those lessons and to have empathy. But now I’m totally emotionally exhausted from work and not enough in this lifestyle of constant fear. I want to step forward in The abundance that is mine. It’s grant it to me because I am a child of the Most High God and he loves me. (And loves you!) He paves his streets with gold and he has a mansion waiting for me with my name on it. There is no beauty in a bread line. There is no beauty in the struggle and not enough. I want to return to a place of giving abundantly in the ways of physical things in life. To lift up the hands that are hanging down. To elevate the lowly and lonely. This all can be done from a place of abundance to bless the Beauty in me and in others. I know That, as I step forward into this newness, that is mine as Gods gift, He will lift me up too.
