Hi flippers and Happy Christmas. ^_^ I actually finished flipping this one earlier but only sharing it now. This time I turned this house into a vacation home and a special someone came for a visit. ^_^ I have to once again thank the mod creators for making amazing items and I wanna give a shoutout to House Doctor for making those lovely reindeers in such a short time. Thank you also to our lovely developers for all the wonderful "Christmas gifts" given to us just days ago.

OMG - how cute is this!! I had no idea there were deer in the WS! Brilliant! Like I said on HF, this is the most unique treatment of this house that I've seen! So much more immersive to see video compared to images. Love the chewing sound effect and the Santa visit presentation! So clever! 😃💓👍

I like where you made the mini-theater and its setup. How there are still some windows above the screen, so at night you can see the dark starry sky.

Hey i really love your work :) i have 2 questions : where did You get the ceiling roses above the ceiling lamps in the dinner area and in the future would You like to make some tutorials for your houses ?thanks so much and keep it up with your amazing work ,You are very talented

Hi thank you very much. 🥰 For your 1st question; that is a mod from steam workshop and I believe it's called medallion. I use the silver one. For the tutorials, I tried making a full house tutorial last time but slowly realised that it took too much time. I spent lots of my free time making tutorials that I wasn't able to flip new houses. But I do make simple tutorials for certain things.

Hi. So, I play on pc and I got the windows from steam workshop. It's called the Bay Window by YellowEyedWolf. The entrance door is an ingame door, Cardington double exterior door.

Hi, so I use composite decks from garden dlc. I arranged them 1 by 1 to make a platform. I hope this helps. 😊

AMAZING DESIGN!!! Is it possible to ask to shoot a separate video with all the items that were added from the steam workshop, it would be useful to see the items, there are quite a lot of interesting ones🤍

Hi thanks for coming over to the christmas house. I would love to do this but I stopped making tutorials/step by step videos because it takes a lot of time. I only have 2 to 3hours to play in a day TT_TT I hope in the future I'll have more time and be able to make tutorial videos. If there are any questions regarding how I do it/what I use, feel free to ask and I'll try my best to reply you. ^_^
