I'm one of those lucky people who just sleeps well, but I appreciate the focus on mindset and mental components of falling asleep rather than just trying to game the physiology. I will try to use some of these techniques next time I have a hard time sleeping!! Another thing I try to do every night is start winding down my evening by crafting or reading instead of watching stuff or gaming late. I find that gaming really winds me up so it's really hard to sleep afterwards. So I just try to do things that don't activate my brain as much. I do occasionally use the high risk/high reward method by doing the dishes or laundry right before bed and it really does make me feel satisfied. I can't really use it with anything on the computer because that will amp me back up, but cleaning is perfect for me for that method. Anyways, great video, thanks!
